At 25,he moved to Australia for a BBA at La Trobe University but soon realized his true passion lay in tea, not textbooks. Dropping out, he and his friends invested Rs 18 lakh to launch their business named “Dropout Chaiwala” in 2021.
But success didn’t come easy. From washing dishes in a canteen to working at a petrol pump, Sanjit hustled through tough times.Despite initial challenges, including working night shifts at petrol stations and washing dishes to support himself, Sanjith’s determination paid off.
Within a year, Dropout Chaiwala achieved a revenue of AUD 1 million (approximately ₹5.2 crore) and employed 40 individuals, many of whom are Indian students seeking part-time work .
His journey proves that success isn’t about degrees—it’s about passion, perseverance, and daring to follow your dreams.
